We are looking for a passionate SDR to strengthen our team. 

Your tasks:

  • Your greatest quality is your enthusiasm, drive and commercial insight during outbound calling. You know exactly how best to approach and address someone. You also dare to be creative to obtain that appointment.
  • You have a good nose for potential leads and enjoy the challenge of getting an appointment with the perfect person.
  • In addition to telephone prospecting, you also reach out to potential customers through other channels such as email and LinkedIn.
  • You are a team player and together with your colleagues you optimize the strategy to approach companies from our target group.
  • KPIs don't bother you. On the contrary, they are an ideal motivation for you to go all the way.
  • You like to ensure that our CRM system is always up to date.
  • Although our services are fantastic, you will not be able to convert all leads immediately. However, you remain positive and see that 'no' as a potential 'yes' in the longer term. So you don't let yourself get discouraged and simply take on that challenge again in a few months. This time again in good spirits and with a smile.
  • Your infectious enthusiasm makes you good at building relationships. Customer satisfaction is therefore self-evident for you.
