In order to continue our story, we are looking for a coordination talent to strengthen our team. You are the customer's point of contact and guide them in achieving their goals in online entrepreneurship. You build a relationship of trust with the customer and think along with their business.
You are also responsible for proper project management and you guide two teams in the realization of these challenging projects. You ensure that the final result is in line with the predetermined quality.
Your responsibilities:
You are the link between the customer and our team and monitor project parameters such as timing, budget, agreements and planning.
Your customers are mainly active in the upper midmarket segment, you manage a portfolio with customers such as Accent, Sleeplife, Soudal, Acerta,...
You immerse yourself in their (digital) business and continuously think about possible solutions that can help the customer digitally.
You keep track of what concerns customers and try to find a solution with our internal (strategic) team.
You also spot new opportunities for your customers and recommend additional services that can help them move forward even more.
You have
Higher studies with several years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
Experience in the digital sector.
An entrepreneurial mindset to think solution-oriented and advise the customer correctly.
A getting-things-done mentality that focuses on quality solutions.
The right organizational skills to manage projects systematically and deliver them within budget together with your team.
Good communication skills to set expectations at the same level both internally and externally.
The knowledge and power to clearly brief and follow up your team in an agile way.
